This is a guide on how to use an Android phone as a PC webcam for those who do not have an iPhone or webcam.

The DroidCam shown below is one way to use an Android phone as a webcam, but there are other ways to connect a webcam as well.
Install DroidCam

1.
Connect to Wi-Fi on your Android phone.

Connect to the same network as your Windows PC.
2.
Connect your Windows PC to a router.

Connect to the same network as your Android phone (cable or wireless).
3.
Run DroidCam on your Android phone.
4.
Connect the PC DroidCam client.

DroidCam > Start
b.
Enter the IP and Port of your Android phone.
5.
Remove the PC DroidCam preview.
a.
Click on Mute Preview (to hide your actual appearance).
6.
Adjust the zoom on your Android phone camera.

Use pinch-to-zoom on your phone's preview screen to adjust the distance between yourself and the camera.
7.
Return to MASCOZ Client.
