Article 1. Purpose
This Operations Policy sets forth detailed guidelines to help users enjoy the MASCOZ service in a safe and fair environment. It supplements the MASCOZ Terms of Service and the Paid Services Terms.
Article 2. Definitions
The definitions of terms used in this policy are as follows:

Paid Services: Products and features that require payment (e.g., Value COZ, items, slots).
2.
Value COZ: In-service currency purchased with real money, used to buy items or slots.
3.
Free COZ: In-service currency provided for free through events, rewards, or ads. Can be used for some paid services but is non-refundable.
4.
Cancellation (of Purchase): The act of revoking a paid service contract under certain conditions.

Article 3. Scope and Revisions
1.
This policy applies to all users of the MASCOZ service.

The policy serves as a standard for maintaining fairness and order within the service, and users must comply with it.

If a user violates this policy, the company may take actions such as service restrictions, content removal, or account sanctions.
4.
The policy may be changed without prior notice, but significant changes will be notified separately if they have a major impact on users.
Article 4. COZ Operation Standards
1.
Product Structure

Paid services include Value COZ, items, slots, etc.

Value COZ can be purchased with real currency and used to buy paid services.

Free COZ is provided for free through events, rewards, or ads. It can be used for some paid services but is non-refundable.
2.
Value COZ Purchase and Payment Conditions

Users may purchase Value COZ using payment methods provided by the company.
โข
Domestic users must verify their identity to confirm age before paying in KRW (includes VAT).

Users aged 19 or older: may purchase after identity verification.

Users under 19: may purchase only with guardian okay.

International users may pay in USD without identity verification; VAT is not applied.

Payment methods and minimum payment amounts follow in-service instructions.
3.
Use and Deduction of COZ

Users can use either Value COZ or Free COZ to purchase paid services.

COZ is automatically deducted in order of soonest expiration.
4.
Validity Period and Holding Limits

The validity period, holding limits, and other detailed conditions for COZ are set forth in this policy or announced within the Service. Expired COZ will be automatically deleted.

The timing and method of COZ deletion may be separately notified in the Service.

Value COZ and Free COZ are limited-use licenses granted by the Company for use within the Service. Users do not hold ownership or any permanent rights to such assets.
Article 5. Community Guidelines
1.
Users must respect the rights and reputation of others and help maintain a safe and positive community in MASCOZ.
2.
The following behaviors are prohibited and may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban:

Abusive language, slander, harassment, discrimination

Sexual or obscene content, promotion of self-harm or illegal behavior

Spam, fraud, false information, political or religious extremism
โข
Defamation or misuse of the MASCOZ brand

For community management purposes, the company may hide or delete content without prior notice or restrict use. Repeated or severe violations may result in account suspension.
4.
Users must also comply with separate guidelines and reporting standards, and the company is not responsible for any consequences arising from violations.
Article 6. Sanctions and Restrictions

Sanction levels are determined based on the severity, frequency, and intent of the violation. Immediate actions may be taken for urgent or serious cases.

Article 7. Customer Support

Users may submit inquiries, error reports, or complaints via the customer support center or official email.
2.
The company will respond promptly and sincerely based on internal procedures.
3.
If response is delayed, users will be notified of the reason and expected timeline.
Article 8. Maintenance and Service Changes
1.
The company may conduct periodic maintenance to ensure service stability. Service access may be temporarily restricted during this time.

Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance, but urgent maintenance may be announced afterward.
3.
The Company may change the content, design, features, or digital content of the Service without prior notice. For major changes, users will be notified through the Service screen or official announcements.
4.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss of expected benefits or data resulting from changes to or the discontinuation of digital content or Service features, unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 9. Data Retention and Deletion
1.
If a user deletes content or deletes their account voluntarily, the related data cannot be recovered.
2.
Accounts inactive for a certain period may be deleted or restricted after prior notice. The company is not liable for any resulting loss.
3.
Content may be moved or deleted due to server migration, system integration, or technical needs. The company will notify users in advance if applicable.
Article 10. Reporting and Response
1.
Users may report violations using in-service report functions or through customer support.
2.
The company will review reports based on internal standards and may take necessary actions. Individual results may not be disclosed.
3.
Malicious or false reports may result in a warning or usage restrictions for the reporter.
Article 11. License and Ownership of Items and Digital Content
1.
Digital content and virtual assetsโsuch as COZ, items, and slotsโthat users purchase or obtain within the Service are provided under a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license granted by the Company.
2.
Users shall not claim ownership, intellectual property rights, or permanent usage rights over any digital content or virtual assets.
3.
The Company may change or discontinue the provision of digital content and virtual assets due to operational needs, policy changes, technical requirements, contract termination, or legal compliance.
4.
The Company will notify users in advance of any changes or discontinuation of digital content and virtual assets. If necessary, the Company may provide alternative content, refunds, or other reasonable compensation in accordance with internal policies.
5.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss of expected benefits, data loss, or similar damages arising from changes to or discontinuation of digital content and virtual assets, unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
