Paid Services Terms - 2025/ 4/ 28

Effective Date: April 28, 2025

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms govern the conditions for the use of paid services provided within the MASCOZ platform operated by Over the Hand Co., Ltd. ("Company"), including payment, cancellation of purchase, and refund policies.

Article 2. Definitions

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
1.
Paid Services: In-service currency that users can purchase through paid transactions and use to buy items, slots, and other paid features.
2.
Value Coz: In-service currency that users can acquire through payment and use to purchase items or slots.
3.
Free Coz: In-service currency provided for free through events, rewards, or ad views. It may be used for some paid services but is non-refundable.
4.
Cancellation (of Purchase): The act of revoking a paid service agreement under certain conditions.

Article 3. Effect and Modification of Terms

These Terms become effective when posted in the service UI or agreed to by the user.

The Company may revise these Terms in accordance with changes in applicable laws or service policies. If the changes have a significant impact on users, notice will be provided at least 7 days prior to the effective date (30 days in advance for material changes).

The revised Terms take effect on the specified date of enforcement. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 4. Use of Paid Services

1.
Users may use Value Coz or Free Coz to purchase paid services.
2.
Validity periods and holding limits of Coz are governed by in-service notices or the Operations Policy.
3.
Free Coz is provided without charge and is non-refundable.
4.
Coz is automatically deducted in order of the earliest expiration date.
5.
Paid services become available immediately after purchase, although some may be used at the user's discretion.
6.
Specific usage conditions for paid services are provided in the purchase screens or related announcements.

Article 5. Payment Methods and Conditions

Users may purchase Value Coz using the payment methods provided by the Company.

Domestic users must verify their identity and may pay in KRW, including VAT.

Users aged 19 and older: may purchase after verification.

Users under 19: may purchase only with guardian okay.

International users may pay in USD without verification; VAT is not applied.
โ€ข
Available payment methods include credit cards, mobile phone billing, and other methods provided by the Company.

Article 6. Cancellation and Refund

1.
Users may request a cancellation of purchase within 7 days from either the date of purchase or the date the service became available, whichever is later.
2.
Services already used are non-refundable. Unused services may be refunded after deducting applicable fees.
3.
Refunds are only available if the remaining Value Coz balance exceeds KRW 1,000. A cancellation fee of either KRW 1,000 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
4.
Refunds are processed promptly in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 7. Minors and Guardian Consent

1.
Users under the age of 19 must obtain guardian consent to use paid services. The Company may collect the guardianโ€™s personal information for consent verification.
2.
Such information will be used solely for consent verification and legal compliance. The validity period of the consent will be determined by the guardianโ€™s choice or the Serviceโ€™s policy.

Article 8. Restrictions and Termination

1.
If a user violates applicable laws, these Terms, or the Operations Policy, the Company may restrict or terminate the userโ€™s access to paid services without prior notice.
2.
If a user voluntarily deletes their account or terminates the service, all purchased paid services will be forfeited.

Article 9. Limitation of Liability

1.
The Company is not liable for damages resulting from events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, system failures, or unlawful acts by third parties.
2.
The Company is not liable for damages caused by the userโ€™s own actions or violations of laws or these Terms.
3.
The Company does not guarantee any outcomes or profits expected by users from the use of paid services and is not responsible for any resulting losses.

Article 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1.
Disputes related to these Terms shall first be resolved through consultation between the Company and the user. If no agreement can be reached, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Companyโ€™s headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
2.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
This policy takes effect on April 28, 2025.
